The future of AI in CRE

Key Highlights
Corporate real estate (CRE) is already actively embracing artificial intelligence (AI), with 90% of companies planning to integrate AI to support human experts in CRE over the next five years.
However, the peak of expectation in the AI hype cycle is approaching. Many companies have initiated AI pilots and training without a comprehensive strategy or roadmap for AI in CRE functions, risking disillusionment.
CRE leaders must now move beyond the hype and adopt a systematic approach to realizing AI’s full potential. JLL suggests a four-stage approach that focuses on AI’s practical benefits, identifies meaningful uses, builds a business case for its application in CRE and secures strong C-suite support.

Texas Is the Fastest-Growing State in the U.S.—and Now the Race Is On To Build More Homes

They say that everything is bigger in Texas, but there's an important exception that's key to improving housing affordability in the state: new homes.
Faced with a population explosion driven by newcomers, the Texas housing market has grappled to keep pace with demand in recent years, with homebuilders racing to fill the void.
Last year, Texas was the No. 1 state for permitted housing units, accounting for 15% of the national total, well above the state's 9% share of the U.S. population.
Perhaps more importantly, those homes are growing smaller and more affordable, with the median square footage of new homes in Texas down 5.3% last year from 2020, a sharper decline than the 3.6% reduction seen nationwide.

Welcome to the latest update on the
Wolf Creek Farm BTR project!
We are pleased to share that the development team has officially begun vertical construction for initial units and the clubhouse. Also, on the Northeast tract, progress has been made with building foundations and roadway pours. The development team has also completed wet / dry utilities on the Southwest tract and is now laying batter boards for initial foundation pours. Highland Elementary School, one of the more recent expansions of Melissa ISD, is located less than one mile north of the Wolf Creek Farms site and is continuing to progress well with construction.
